    1. To qualify for the referral reward, the referred friend must successfully complete a formal application and pass all relevant reference and background checks.

    2. The £50 voucher will only be awarded once the referred friend has officially moved into the property and signed the tenancy agreement.

    3. The referral reward is applicable to new tenants only and cannot be claimed if the referred person is already in the process of applying or has previously been a tenant.

    4. The referral must be submitted prior to the referred friend starting the application process.

    5. The referral reward is limited to one £50 voucher per new tenant referred.

    6. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the referral scheme at any time without prior notice.
