For landlords who like to handle things on their own but could use a hand finding great tenants, our Tenant Find Package is just what you need. We'll take care of the tenant search and screening, leaving you free to handle the rest on your own terms.
Tier 2 - Tenant Find & Rent Collection
This package caters to landlords who enjoy handling the bulk of their property management but want extra support with tenant find and rent collection. We'll handle the process of finding reliable tenants and ensure rent collection is smooth and efficient, giving you more time to focus on the rest.
Tier 3 - Fully Managed
For landlords looking for total peace of mind and less hassle, our Fully Managed package has you covered. Let us take care of all the details, from start to finish, so you can kick back and enjoy the fruits of your investment, worry-free.

- We accept credit and debit cards, BACS, Fast Pay and Standing Orders to ensure your tenants can pay their rent in a manner that suits them and on time.
- We use the NRLA AST Agreement as standard, but can change this if you have a version you prefer.
- We have in-house tradesmen: general maintenance, decorator, plumber, electrician repairs, white goods repairs.
- We have no minimum call out charges and we won't charge you extra for out of hours emergencies.
- Your rent will be paid to you weekly, no waiting until month end.
- No renewal fees, at the end of fixed term tenancies.
- No charge to lodge your deposit with the deposit scheme.
- No lengthy contracts or feeling tied in, just give us two months notice whenever you want to leave.
